1. The service

eForecast is a web application that shows e-commerce sellers which products are expected to see rising demand in the coming weeks and months, when they should put them on sale, and which design types are rising for print-on-demand (POD) products. Forecasts are statistical scores derived from historical search data, the official public holiday calendar and special occasions.

2. Forecasts are not guaranteed

The scores, rankings and probabilities shown are based on what people search for on the internet; they contain no commitment regarding sales volume, price, competition or profit. Statements such as "17 times in the last 19 years" describe past frequency and are not an assurance about the future. Which products you produce or list and how much stock you hold are your own business decisions; eForecast cannot be held liable for any profit or loss arising from these decisions.

3. Account

A valid email address is sufficient to open an account; no password is used, and a one-time link is sent to your email address when you sign in. You must not share your account with others. You may ask us to delete your account at any time (see Privacy and KVKK).

4. Plans, trial and payment

• Forecasts, rankings and all data are available only to members with a paid plan. Membership alone does not provide access to data.
• Plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions. Current prices are shown on the "Plans" screen in the app.
• If a trial period is offered for a plan, this is clearly stated on the checkout screen; if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged for the plan you selected. You will be reminded by email before the trial ends.
• Payments are collected by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your invoice and collects and remits the tax applicable in your country (VAT in Türkiye). Paddle's buyer terms also apply at checkout. Your card details never reach eForecast.

5. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews at the same price at the end of the period you selected (month or year) until you cancel; if the price changes before renewal, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and may cancel if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation takes one click: it is done in the app via "My account → Manage / cancel subscription"; no reason is asked for, and there is no penalty or additional fee. After cancellation you can continue to use the service until the end of the period you have paid for; after that your access to the data ends and your account becomes inactive.

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund without giving any reason within 14 days after each payment. Details: Refund policy.

7. Unacceptable use

• Bulk extraction of data using automated tools (scraping), reselling the data or publishing it in another service.
• Attempting to circumvent plan restrictions or accessing other people's accounts.
• Sending requests that would disrupt the operation of the service.

In such cases the account may be suspended after a warning; a pro-rata refund will be made for any paid and unused period.

8. Intellectual property

The application, methods, scores and interface belong to eForecast. You may take screenshots and add them to your notes for use in your own business. Product and design suggestions are generic types (e.g. "vintage sweatshirt"); it is your responsibility not to use elements subject to third-party rights, such as brands, characters, film or song titles, in your designs.

9. Changes to the service

We may change countries, categories and features in order to improve the service. If we remove a paid feature, we will notify you in advance and, if you wish, make a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at their place of residence for disputes within the scope of Law No. 6502 (6502 sayılı Kanun, Law on the Protection of Consumers). The rights of consumers residing in the European Union arising from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
