Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice

Below we explain how your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). We collect little data: we do not ask for more than is needed to provide the service.

Your card details never reach us; payment is collected by Paddle, which processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Who do we transfer data to? (including abroad)
We use the service providers below to operate the service. Their servers are located outside Türkiye; transfers are made pursuant to KVKK Art. 9 on the basis of standard contracts and the providers' data processing agreements.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes.
How long do we keep it?
- Account data: for as long as your account is open; deleted within 30 days after a deletion request.
- Payment and invoice records: for the period required by tax legislation (10 years).
- Anonymous usage events: up to 24 months.
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11, GDPR Art. 15-22)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or erased, to learn the parties to whom it has been transferred, to object, to receive a copy of your data, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. To make a request, write to ; we will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) (in the EU, with the supervisory authority of your country). You can also delete your account yourself at any time under My account → Privacy & account; an active subscription must be cancelled first.
